We employ a three tier process to ensure that all goes well, and you receive the treatment you wish.
STEP 1: We provide comprehensive information to the patients, about the doctors, hospitals and other services.
STEP 2: Once the patient arrives at the hospital, we inform them about the procedures including pros/cons and the success rates of the procedure.
STEP 3: Once the patient is content and convinced with all the information she/he is required to sign a consent form which is given by the hospital. If the patient faces language issues in understanding the content, we provide language expert for the same. This form contains all the risk factors along with the patient’s rights. But still, if God forgive any, mishap happens, it is thoroughly investigated and if the causes are found to be deliberate or due to negligence on the part of the doctor, then we stand by the patient in the proceedings. Rest assured, we ensure a total transparency.
How long will I have to remain in the destination after my procedure?
This depends on your treatment package and your own condition. Rest assured, we try our best to get you back home, as soon as possible, without compromising on your health.

No problem. If you need to make any changes to your medical retreat itinerary, your Program Manager will take care of all the work for you. They will revise your flight itinerary, as well as your hotel stay. They will even contact family and friends back home to inform them of your changes.
