Dr. Manoj Padman is a senior Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon with 30 years of experience in orthopedic surgery and specialized expertise in pediatric orthopedics. He currently serves as Director – Pediatric Orthopedics at Rainbow Children's Hospital. Dr. Padman completed his medical education at the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry, followed by MS in Orthopaedics and DNB in Orthopedics. He worked in the United Kingdom for 10 years across the University Hospitals of Leeds and Sheffield, where he obtained FRCS and FRCS (Tr & Orth) qualifications and completed a Masters in Research from the University of Leeds. He underwent specialized Pediatric Orthopedic fellowship training at Sheffield Children's Hospital after being appointed as a National Fellow and briefly worked there as a Consultant Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon before returning to India in 2009. His clinical expertise includes pediatric trauma, hip reconstruction and preservation, deformity correction, limb reconstruction, foot and ankle disorders, neuromuscular conditions, congenital abnormalities, and post-infective and post-traumatic orthopedic problems.
