Dr. Ruchir Maheshwari has worked as a consultant in the Department of Urology in various hospitals in India, including Max Super Specialty Hospital and Apex Group of Hospitals. He played a crucial role in establishing the kidney transplant program and performed the first laparoscopic donor nephrectomy and pediatric kidney transplant in Rajasthan. Before that, he worked as a Senior Resident in Urology and Renal Transplantation at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences and as a Resident Doctor in General Surgery at MB Govt Hospital.
