During my senior residency at Dr R P Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences I specialized in the Ophthalmoplasty and Pediatric Ophthalmology Unit where I gained a wide experience in oculoplasty, Ophthalmic Oncology & Pediatric Ophthalmology as well as attained proficiency in phacoemulsification, and the use of lasers, especially Excimer laser used for LASIK surgery and gained experience in eye banking and keratoplasty.

Apart from publications in numerous indexed journals (annexure I) I have co-authored a book on phacoemulsification and authored chapters in books.
